After 2 years at SLCC, Sinan made his way to Helena, the capital of the state of Montana, north of Utah. In his two years at Carroll College, he was part of the team that led the school to two NAIA national championships. The team reached the semifinals the first year and the quarterfinals the second year and was recently elected to the school's Hall of Fame. For his contributions to the team, Sinan was also elected to the Hall of Fame as an individual in 2018.
